Bobby O'Quinn

Bobby O’Quinn has been in the small engine repair business since 1973. He started with his father in-law Glenn Martin at Martin’s small engines. Bobby opened Bobby’s small engines in 1983 at the current location with no plans to retire.

Ricky Dew

Ricky Dew started at Bobby’s small engines in 1998 while still in high school. He works full time with the city of Fayetteville Fire Department as a Battalion Chief. Ricky manage’s parts, sales, and repairs.

Terry Carraway: Started at Bobby’s small engines in January 2025. He is in charge of parts and counter sales. Terry is retired from the National Guard after 18 years of service.

Dustin Wester: Dustin has worked at Bobby’s Small Engines since 2015. Dustin services and works on all the lawn mowers we sell.

Wyatt Dew: Wyatt has worked at Bobby’s Small Engines since 2022. Wyatt specializes in sales, service and repairs.
